This I-shaped connector is suitable for straight connections between 3-phase tracks. For a complete track installation, you usually also need a power connector to connect the track to the power supply and an end cap to safely close off the end of the track.
Other connectors are needed for different track shapes. For example, use an L-shaped connector black for corner arrangements, a T-shaped connector black for T-arrangements, or an X-shaped connector black for cross arrangements.
