Which TL fixture suits your space?

• Length: 60 cm for smaller spaces such as a meter cupboard, storage room, or under a kitchen cabinet; 120 and 150 cm for offices, workshops, warehouses, and industrial halls.
• Protection class (IP rating): in dry, clean spaces, a standard fixture suffices. In damp, dusty, or outdoor environments, choose an IP65 TL fixture, which is dustproof and waterproof.
• Single or double: a double fixture (two tubes) provides approximately double the light level of a single fixture and is suitable for spaces where a lot of light is needed, such as workshops and warehouses.
• Connectable: for long light lines, for example in a warehouse aisle, you can choose connectable TL fixtures, allowing you to connect multiple fixtures in series to one switch point.

These three terms are often used interchangeably, but are different products:

• A TL fixture (this page) is a complete, enclosed light point including the tube.
• An LED TL tube is a separate replacement light for an existing fixture you already have.
• A mounting batten is an open mounting rail on which you mount a separate tube yourself, often used as a cheaper or more flexible alternative to an enclosed fixture in dry spaces.
