The emergency unit automatically switches to a powerful 6.4V 1500mAh LiFePO4 battery , keeping the emergency lighting on for up to 3 hours . This provides sufficient time to safely evacuate everyone. Please note that the battery must still be connected after installation. An LED indicator shows whether the unit is properly connected to the mains and working.

Automatic switching and reliability

If the mains power fails, the unit immediately switches over to the built-in battery, keeping the room lit. This always allows sufficient time to safely evacuate the building. The self-test function regularly checks whether the system is functioning properly, so you can be sure the emergency unit is ready to perform in an emergency. The unit also features overheating protection for added safety.

Three switch positions for flexible lighting

This emergency unit offers extra flexibility thanks to its three different switch settings, allowing you to adjust the light intensity to your preference. Depending on the situation and the amount of light required, you can choose between 2.5W, 3.5W, or 5W . This makes the emergency unit suitable for a wide range of emergency situations where the desired light output may vary. At the highest setting, 5W , the emergency light stays on for 1.5 hours . This is ideal when you need maximum brightness for a short period. At the middle setting, 3.5W , the unit provides 2 hours of continuous lighting, offering a good balance between brightness and battery life. Choosing the lowest setting, 2.5W , extends the runtime to 3 hours , which is particularly useful in situations where extended lighting is required, such as during extended evacuations or extended power outages.
